Rochester Football and Cheer

The Rochester Football and Cheer are tasked with teaching the fundamentals of football, and life lessons to prepare our young men for any adversity they may face later in life.  Our emphasis is on developing proper and safe techniques, sportsmanship, teamwork, character and leadership in a safe environment.  The Rochester Football and Cheer have a long history full of traditions, and we are dedicated to winning the right way.  Our experienced coaching staff strive to provide the best instruction which allows players who come through our organization the best opportunity to succeed; whether in high school football, other sports or at life in general.

Regardless of years in the program, playing time or what path a player may take after their time with the Rochester Football and Cheer has come to an end, we pride ourselves on our oldest traditions.
