Over 35 Years of Experience in Youth Football!

In order to accommodate the large demand for our program, the Rochester Football and Cheer Football Program has 2 teams (Maroon & Gold) for the Junior Freshman, Freshman and JV levels.  We have one united Varsity team!  Below is the general information for each level.  Please note that immediate family members in the program are placed on the same team – Maroon or Gold – and will stay with that team through their time in the Rochester Football and Cheer program.  Requests for moving from the Gold squad roster to the Maroon squad roster or vice versa will not be honored.  Rochester Football and Cheer do not place children on teams based on school and cannot guarantee requests to play with friends or classmates.  If you would like more info, please contact rochesterfootballandcheer@gmail.com.
